Noah was born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts. At age nine he began his acting career with Boston Children's Opera. He continued doing theatre and improv in high school and summer arts camps. He performed in seven shows at American University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Broadcast Journalism.

 

In 2010, Noah moved out to Los Angeles to continue his acting career. He is in the master class at the Anthony Gilardi Acting Studio and is a graduate of the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB). He is represented theatrically, commercially, and for voice-over by The Library Agency and managed by Trinity Artists International.
